Tattoo  Request

Pick a day and time that works best for you! We’ll sit down and talk about your ideas, placement, sizing, and pricing. Please come prepared with any drawings or reference photos you may have. I require a non refundable $100 deposit, that comes off the price of the tattoo after your last session.

If you no-call-no-show or need to reschedule please reach out within 24-48 hrs or you will forfeit your deposit.

 FAQs

  • I will not copy another tattooed designs, nor will I tattoo anything explicit, vulgar, racist, prejudice, or sexist. I will turn your design down or stop tattooing you if you display any of these behaviors in person as well.

  • Yes, (on a case by case basis) Those who are 16/17 years or older with a valid government issued ID, passport, or birth certificate, must have a “Florida Department of Health written notarized consent for tattooing a minor” form you can find online.

  • No, Damaged skin should not be tattooed.

  • Unfortunately no, as it may lower your immune system and/or raise stress-hormone levels.

  • Please eat a full meal and drink plenty of water before your appointment. Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hrs prior.

  • I recommend bringing snacks, a sweet treat, plenty of water, and your ID. Bonus items may include a change of clothes/shoes, blanket, headphones, a book or handheld gaming device.
